Many forms of orthodontic treatment are now so unobtrusive that it can be very difficult to to tell that you are wearing them. Materials are now tooth coloured or even transparent, and smaller than ever.
Currently, Marama (our nurse), is undergoing orthodontic
treatment, and as the pictures below show, her braces are barely
visible. Many of our patients don't realise she is wearing them
at all!
We even offer a removable method of tooth straightening
called Invisalign for certain patients.
As a rule, orthodontic treatment can take anywhere from
6-18 months, and after that you'll be wearing retainers. We'll be looking
after you every step of the way, to make sure that once the treatment is
over, you'll know exactly what you need to maintain your new smile.
